I’m a private equity professional with over 10 years of experience in mid-market investing across Europe. I’ve worked at EQT, one of the world’s largest private equity firms; Eurazeo, a major European mid-market investor; and Credit Suisse, M&A bank.Today, I lead deal sourcing at Elyan Partners (part of Edmond de Rothschild Group), reviewing over 15 businesses from across Europe every week. I’ve assessed hundreds of companies across multiple sectors, from technology and consumer brands to manufacturing and healthcare.Having spent my career on the investor side, I know what makes a business stand out — and what makes investors walk away. I understand the decision-making process and the differences in how Europe’s venture capital, private equity, and family offices invest.I’m passionate about using this insider knowledge to help female founders secure the funding or exit they deserve.
